Three pawns, three plain swords, and two scavengers in the way.

Bodies and steel are separate problems. Every pawn you recruit costs more than the last, and a pawn with nothing in its hands does not march. Weapons are bought, or taken off the people you beat — never more than half of what they were carrying.

Then you stand back.

Fights resolve themselves in a physics simulation with 27 weapons that each behave differently. A spear keeps you at the point and hurts whoever runs onto it. A shield turns blows from one side of the body only, so getting round it is a real plan. A riposte catches a swing mid-flight and spins its victim off balance. Reach wins most fights, which is exactly why reach is what costs.

Nothing here is a dice roll. The same warband against the same enemy plays out the same way every time — the fight is decided by what you brought, not by luck.

Eight rounds. Recruit, arm, and find out.

Built on the simulation behind the Loop Forge Arena shorts.

Cool game!

pretty fun, some early weapons are better than late weapons, looking forward to what you do with this game

Thank you for the test play! Definitely has a lot of balancing to do
